Activating the Amazon Appstore Platform

Bamboo Cloud distributes apps for you under your company name.
This is an added benefit for a completely branded experience.
In that way, your app will appear in Amazon Appstore with your name and no mention of Bamboo Cloud.

In order to accomplish this, you will need to establish your own account through the Amazon Appstore Developer Program.
Here are the steps:

Create your Amazon Appstore Developer Program account
Invite michal@bamboo-cloud.com to be an Administrator of your account

Step 1: Create your Amazon Appstore Developer Program Account

Go to: https://developer.amazon.com/apps-and-games and click "Create Your Free Developer Account'.
This process is usually quick and you can use an existing Amazon account or create a new Amazon developer account as you wish.

The program currently has no Registration Fee.
The program must be maintained throughout the life of your Bamboo Cloud channel.

Be sure to complete all the steps of enrollment, including the payment and tax information in the Settings section: https://developer.amazon.com/settings/console/myaccount.html

From the Amazon Developer Dashboard (https://developer.amazon.com/dashboard), go to Settings > User Permissions,
and click the "Add New" button.

Invite michal@bamboo-cloud.com with the "Administrator" role:

Once Bamboo Cloud has been able to confirm all steps have been taken, the development of your apps can begin!

Ongoing: Needs Attention

From time to time, Amazon will update its Terms & Conditions or a build will get a partial rejections.
When this happens, Bamboo may be blocked from managing the app and issuing new versions or will just be "in the dark" about it.
We try will notify you (but won't always get the notifications), so please connect us if you get such messages from Amazon.
When this happens you will need to log into the Amazon Developer Dashboard and complete the necessary actions, we are always here to help.
